Course Description
Developed especially for clerical and professional support staff, and teachers, this course teaches school staff to recognise and manage burnout, develop incidental counselling skills, and create actionable plans for fostering positive working environments and maintaining their mental health and professional well-being.
The sessions cover:
1. Reconnecting to Purpose
2. Recognising and Managing Burnout
3. Incidental Counselling
4. Building Professional and Positive Working Environments
5. Practical Application and Action Plan

Clerical and professional support staff, teachers and leaders.
