Course Description
Developed especially for teachers, clerical and professional staff, this course teaches school staff to recognise and manage burnout, develop incidental counseling skills, and create actionable plans for fostering positive working environments and maintaining their mental health and professional well-being.
The sessions cover:

2. Recognising and Managing Burnout
3. Incidental Counselling
4. Building Professional and Positive Working Environments
5. Practical Application and Action Plan
