Course Description:
Join school leaders from all over Australia in this one day workshop. The course unpacks the key philosophies and practices which middle and senior school leaders need to build high performing teams to achieve school culture of academic and professional excellence.
The day covers what it takes for a school leader to understand the academic, legal and professional complexities of schools to build effective processes which develop school cultures and staff.
